Description:
Pamphlet called, The Style of Warfare as Carried on by the California Bank Ring. Outrageous Attacks on the Honor and Integrity of Mr. Sutro. The piece attacks the "rascalities" of the "California bank ring," for its "outrageous" efforts to stall Arthur Sutro's mining project, despite Congress's authorization for Sutro to proceed with it. He says, "The simple question arises: Does the Bank of California or Congress rule the United States?"
