Primarily a collection of Tantric mantras (words or phrases of power) for use in rites and ceremonies dedicated to the Hindu deity Tvaritarudra, a god combining Rudra (a lower form of Śiva according to Tantric tradition) and his consort or divine energy (śakti) Tvarita (a lower form of the goddess Dūrgā). From a work called the Ratnakara.
