Manuscript begins with the third adhyāya of the Śivarayasya, a purāṇic-style work. Text highlights the veneration of Śiva through ritual, prayer and reference to pilgrimage (especially to Kāśī, the city of Vārāṇasī). Manuscript contains four short supplementary works after the main text that are summations and brief commentary-like illuminations of the Śivarahasya such as the Śivarahasyasāraprakāśa (Part 5).
