19th-century copy of a manuscript at the British Museum (King's 219, transferred to the British Museum in 1823) formerly in the collection of William Robertson (1721-1793) containing three 18th-century works on Peru and a fourth, brief work on New Spain. The three works on Peru are a chapter from a work of José Eusebio de Llano Zapata; answers to 36 questions about the manners and customs of the Indians of Peru, put at William Robertson's request by Robert Darley Waddilove to a Spaniard who had lived in South America; and answers to 16 of the same 36 questions, put to a native of Quito, with a note at the end by Waddilove (p. 103).
