Divisée en trois nefs par de solides piliers, elle renferme trois autels principaux: 1° L’autel du Saint-Esprit, c’est le maître-autel. 2° L’autel de l’institution de la Sainte Eucharistie, du côté de l’Évangile. 3° L’autel de l’Apparition de Notre-Seigneur Jésus-Christ à saint Thomas, du côté de l’Épître.
