The French description: "Ce carton, comme tous les autres, reproduit une partie du précédent, pour mieux montrer la suite. On y voit l'embouchure du Jourdain et le nord de la mer Morte, avec ses environs. Au delà, Callirrhoé; en deçá, Bethabara, Bethagla, Jéricho et le territoire de la tribu de Benjamin jusqu'à Jérusalem. Sur la mer Morte, il y a un bateau avec un mât et une voile repliée autour de l'antenne." There is also a translation given in English: "This map, like all the others, gives a part of the preceding one in order to show the sequence. We see the mouth of the Jordan and the North of the Dead sea [sic] with its surroundings. On the far side Callirrhoe; on this side Bethaborra, Bethagia, Jericho and the territory of the tribe of Benjamin as far as Jerusalem. On the Dead sea [sic] is a boat with a mast and a furled sail."
