Mr. Foulkes is Archibald Hamilton Foulkes, G.G. Ducarel's son-in-law by marriage to his daughter Elizabeth Ducarel. Foulkes is Elizabeth's first husband. He died in 1795, survived by his wife and their daughter Elizabeth Foulkes.
