Text begins abruptly, missing approximately 4 pages from the beginning. Leaves 5-7 have been rebound into the text upside down and out of order. Three inserts have been taped to leaves (taped to f. 105v, 107r, 110r).

Peter Barsoum, pastor of the Assyrian-Apostolic Church in Worcester, Mass. He notes that an inscription on the last page indicates that the manuscript was donated by Hadji Ab-Bassim to the school (possibly the school of Bekikhan in the city of Jazir).
