A late 19th-century copy of Albornoz's late 17th-century grammar of the Chiapanec language, including chapters on orthography, the parts of speech, conjugation, and syntax. Two folded leaves glued to the first blank page following p. 40 contain Berendt's draft copy of the last four chapters.
