Cataloged by Poleman as Mantrakoṣṭhatantra, presumably on the basis of the cover folio (1r), which reads: śrī 3 vīramardanamahārājako pustaka mantrakoṣṭhatantra. Handwriting not that of the text's scribe.; Written 6-7 lines per leaf.; Considered possibly incomplete by Poleman. Text ends f. 20r, which is torn on right side, destroying the last several syllables of text. F. 20v is blank, and f. 20r is provided with a page number, suggesting that the scribe considered the text complete.; Fair condition. Ff. 4, 5, and 20 torn, destroying large amounts of text. Invocations, headings, colophons, and some initial syllables highlighted with orange powder. No daṇḍas used in text.; Begins: śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ śrīvirūpākṣāya namaḥ devy uvāca etadvyāptaṁ jagat sarvaṁ nānāvyādhisamākulaṁ upāyaṁ brūhi lokāṇāṁ sādhakānāṁ sukhāvahaṁ durjayānāṁś ca pāpānā durjanānāṁ tathaiva ca asubhān[!] brūhi me yogān nānāvyādhikarān prabho īśvara uvāca śṛṇu tvaṁ hi varārohe yat siddhārthaṁ ca vāṁcchasi tad vadāmi hi te devi yat sarvaṁ samudāhṛtaṁ devīprayogair mmantraiś ca ripu hanyān na saṁśayaḥ.; Ends: om̐ vātamukhī vaśyamukhī svāhā [ ] maṁtreṇa tailavāmahaste kṛtvā tridhā paṭhitvā sayyāyāṁ sthitvā mukhakeśādau vilepayet sarvajana napriyo bhava[ ].; In Sanskrit (Devanāgarī).
