This incident took place on the Sea of Galilee after the resurrection. It is probable that it also occurred at Capernaum, where our Savior made his home after being rejected by His own people at Nazareth. The picture above is a representation of Capernaum as it appears today. Broken marble, Corinthian and Doric capitals, weeds, desolation, and the ever-moving and everchanging Galilean Sea, is all that we see now. The proud Capernaum, that was exalted to heaven, is now left utterly in ruins.
