Various trees and bushes are in a rocky area with the source of the Jordan River. Several Cedars of Lebanon are at the center of the photograph. Mountains are barely visible in the distant background.; A one-page description (in French) of the subject precedes the photograph. The title is printed in French at the bottom of the page.; Condition: Good; Lazard dates the photograph to March-August 1887 and notes that it is series number 72.
