Son of Lakṣmīdhara (f. 29r).; Title from colophon (f. 29r).; Written in 11-12 lines per leaf.; 29 leaves foliated 1-29, upper left and lower right verso.; Colophon: iti śrīpadavākyapramāṇajñaśrīlakṣṃīdharasūreḥ sūnunābhaṭṭojIdīkṣitena viracitaḥ tithinirṇayaḥ samāptaḥ // (f. 29r).; Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins. There is a drawing of the deity Gaṇeśa at the beginning of the manuscript (f. 1r).; Watermark of a coat of arms with the letters G.F.P.; Single wooden board with beveled edges supports manuscript.
