“Additional Charter of the College,” confirming the charter of 1753 and extending the powers of the trustees. The trustees are empowered to select a Provost, Vice-Provost, and professors, and to grant “degrees in any of the faculties, arts, and sciences, to which persons are usually admitted, in any or either of the universities or colleges of the kingdom of Great Britain.” Signed by Robert Hunter Morris, Lieutenant-Governor, as witness.
