Pasted on cover: Hexagon-shaped sheet of paper with a concentric hexagonal motif rendered in blue lines that diminish in thickness toward the outer edges. At the center appears the handwritten title Synagogen Gesänge, along with a provenance note identifying Rabbi Nussbaum as owner in 1881. The manuscript is possibly written by more than one hand, as suggested by variations in script.; Written in blue and black inks, with the number of staves varying throughout.; Texts are in romanized Hebrew; titles appear primarily in Hebrew script, with a few in Latin script; additional text is in German written in Latin script.; "26.6.92."
