The photographer's signature, the date and series number (E No. 44) are handwritten on the photograph. A one-page description of the subject follows on the next page.; Condition: Good; Lazard dates the photograph to January-February 1857 and notes that it is identical to 864FRI/LD21 and 3628FRI/LP24. Lazard also refers to the book on Frith, photo no. 25.
