Manuscript employed for private or public recitation or prayer, praising the greatness of the sacred pilgrimage center of Prāyāga (modern day Allahabad) and presenting mythological accounts of its origin, and power as well as accounts of various Hindu gods, especially Viṣṇu. Contains twelve chapters in total.
