Black-and-white photographic contact sheets depicting activities led by Hope Worldwide and One Day at a Time (ODAAT). Contact sheets feature portraits and candid photographs of families, groups of people, and individuals dancing, gathering, learning, and making music together. According to their website, Hope Worldwide partners with "neighbors in need, equips volunteers, responds to disasters and strengthens communities to inspire greater hope in our world." According to their website, ODAAT "is dedicated to serving low-income, homeless, and unhoused individuals and their families in the Philadelphia area affected by addiction and various sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including but not limited to HIV/AIDS. ODAAT also focuses on building stronger communities through its anti-violence and recovery initiatives." According to their website, GSK is "a fully focused biopharma company. We prioritize innovation in vaccines and specialty medicines, maximizing the increasing opportunities to prevent and treat disease. At the heart of this is our R&D focus on the science of the immune system and advanced technologies, and our world-leading capabilities in vaccines and medicines development. We focus on four therapeutic areas: infectious diseases, HIV, respiratory/immunology, and oncology." Harvey Finkle (born March 28, 1934) is a self-taught documentary still photographer who has documented the social, economic, cultural, and political issues in the city of Philadelphia and across the globe. Finkle's work largely focuses on historically marginalized communities, including low income and homeless families, homeless veterans, refugees, immigrants, and disabled people, providing documentation of activism in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and focuses on social injustices in the city, the country, and the world.
