Third Night of Tom & Jerry; And, (For The Second Time Here) a Correct Model of the Treading Mill, Will be presented in the course of the piece, 14 feet long, and 4 feet in diameter, being an exact representation of the original one. Monday Evening, April 28, 1823, Will be presented, (3d time) an Extravaganza Burletta of Fun, Frolic, Fashion and Flash, in 3 acts, called Tom and Jerry, Or Life in London. As performed at the Adelphi Theatre, London, for the unprecedented time of 150 nights, nearly in succession, and at the principal Minor Theatres in England, and now performing in New York, with unexampled applause. Written by W. Moncrief, Esq. author of "Rochester," &c. and dramatized from the celebrated and popular work of the same title, written by Pierce Egan, Esq. With New Scenery, Dresses & Decorations. Scenery by Messrs. H. Warren, J. Jefferson, Renaud & Darley. The Scenery and Dresses are copied from the Plates of the above mentioned work, executed by the celebrated Artists J. B. & Wm Cruckshank. Squire Hawthorn, Mr. Warren. ... : After which, (by particular desire) a new Comedy, called The Two Pages Of Frederick the Great. Translated from the French by T. R.
