A large encampment of tents (including one with a cross on the side) is on the bank of the river. There are men and women in local and western-style clothing. Several religious figures are visible.; The cover of the album contains the text "Ricordo di Palestina." The explanatory text is in French and Italian. The photograph is series number 4046.; Condition: Good; some fading; Lazard believed the photograph was taken in the winter of 1868-1869. The photograph is similar to R146BRO/RA46 except reversed (left-right).
