Ms. codex.; Sette Comuni was a collective name for the seven villages of Asiago, Enego, Foza, Gallio, Lusiana, Roano and Rotzo, in the Province of Vicenza on the plateau of Asiago (Altipiano d'Asiago) in Italy. Originally settled by Germans, they were ruled by Venice and granted privileges.; Title from title page (f. 1r).; Foliation: Paper, i (contemporary paper) + 119; 1-94, [95-119]; contemporary foliation in ink, modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.; Script: Written in various cursive scripts by multiple hands, including that of Bartolomeus de Velo Luxiane (f. 1r).; Binding: Contemporary calf. First quire is pulling loose. The paper shows some worm damage and a good deal of water and mildew damage. The edges of many leaves are splitting and crumbling.; Origin: Written in Italy, 1568 (f. 1r)-1657 (f. 91r).; Complete photocopy shelved with the manuscript.; Latin.
