Description:
Manuscript is used as a kind of manual for consultation and application by a priest or householder wanting understand the rules and regulations (Hindu law, Dharma) related to rites and ceremonies for the purification of the body through the removal of impurities. Manuscript has both a root text (mūla) and a commentary (bhāṣya or ṭīkā). The commentary follows consecutively after each verse of the root text.
