Two huge seated statues with carvings on the seats. In the background there are mountains and a temple. There are several people in the foreground, including one with a rifle, and two camels.; The title, location, photographer's name and date are printed on the matte. The photographer's signature, date and the series number (E No. 56) are handwritten on the photograph. A one-page description of the subject follows on the next page.; Condition: Good; Lazard dated the photograph to January-February 1857 and referred to the book on Frith, photo no. 27 (Frith number E55).
