Assignment by Ghita, daughter of the late Cecco Gabrielli, of Torri Val di Pesa, outside Florence, to her husband Betto Renzi of power of attorney concerning the management of the estate she inherited from her father. Notarized on 16 February 1419 in the presence of the witnesses Filippo di Cristofano, Domenico di Arrigo Mucini, Filippo di Niccolò Nacci, and Lello Renzi. Manuscript torn with loss of text, including notarial signatures. Filed with the document is a short, later summary written in Italian on paper.
